All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom-made or high-end furniture items may require 7–15 business days for production and quality inspection before shipping.

- Standard International Shipping: 10–25 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 5–12 business days
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, holidays, or local logistics.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Order weight and dimensions
- Delivery destination
- Shipping method selected
Free shipping may be offered for orders over a certain amount, depending on ongoing promotions.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
6. Order Tracking

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your item arrives damaged: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product.
- If your package is lost: We will investigate with the carrier and resend items or issue a refund once confirmed.
8. Undeliverable & Returned Shipments
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to pick up the item, the buyer may be responsible for the corresponding shipping costs.
